At Slisya, we are committed to delivering your jewelry safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping, delivery, and related services. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During festive seasons, sales, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will keep you informed of any delays. Customized or pre-order products may take additional time, which will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

Shipping Partners & Delivery Time

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Orders are typically delivered within:

  • Domestic (India): 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days.

  • International orders (if applicable): 10–21 business days, depending on customs clearance and destination country.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, natural disasters, strikes, or festive congestion.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders above a minimum purchase value Rs.499.

  • For orders below the free shipping threshold, a standard shipping fee will apply, which will be displayed at checkout.

  • International shipping charges will vary based on the destination country and order weight. These charges will be visible before you make your payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to monitor your shipment’s progress until it reaches your doorstep. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Address & Delivery Issues

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address and contact details. Slisya will not be responsible for non-delivery, delays, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may charge additional shipping fees for re-dispatch.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt re-delivery or leave your parcel at a safe location. In case of repeated failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us, and re-shipping charges may apply.

Packaging & Safety

We take extra care to pack your jewelry securely in tamper-proof, eco-friendly packaging to prevent damage during transit. If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered with, or opened, please do not accept delivery and immediately contact us at care@slisya.com with your order number and photos of the package.

Delays & Force Majeure

While we make every effort to deliver within the promised timeline, certain situations may cause unavoidable delays, such as strikes, lockdowns, natural disasters, or courier network disruptions. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and ensure your package is delivered as soon as possible.

Undelivered / Lost Packages

In rare cases where a package is lost in transit or not delivered within a reasonable time, please contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue. If confirmed as lost, we may provide a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
