At Slisya, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. Every piece of jewelry is carefully crafted, packed, and shipped with love. However, if you are not fully satisfied, our Refund & Return Policy explains your rights and options. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags, certificates (if applicable), and accessories intact. Items showing signs of wear, damage, alterations, or missing parts will not qualify for a refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons, earrings and nose pins are non-returnable unless defective or damaged on arrival. Customized, personalized, or engraved products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Return Process
To request a return, contact our team at care@slisya.com or +91 7974440432 within 7 days of delivery, mentioning your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will share the return shipping details. Items must be shipped back within 5 business days after approval. Please pack the jewelry securely in its original box and protective packaging to avoid damage during return transit. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credit may take additional time to appear in your account. If the return does not meet our eligibility criteria, the item will be shipped back to you, and no refund will be issued.
Exchanges
If you prefer, we can offer an exchange instead of a refund, subject to stock availability. Exchanges are processed only once per order. If the replacement item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference. If the replacement item is of lesser value, the balance will be refunded as store credit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable: earrings, nose pins, and other personal-wear jewelry (due to hygiene reasons), customized, engraved, or made-to-order products, gift cards, store credits, or promotional items, and items purchased during clearance sales or marked as “Final Sale.”
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider. If you still haven’t received your refund, contact us at care@slisya.com and we will assist you.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order for a full refund. After processing has begun, cancellations may not be possible.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure safe return shipping. We recommend using a trackable courier service and retaining proof of dispatch. Slisya is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments caused by the courier.
